 I understand you and your  needs. I have various options when it comes  to Nutrition and what will best suit you and your lifestyle. I aim for clients to get 80% wholefoods in their diet  while allowing 20% for treats. Make exercise and being more active part of your daily routine, so that you can have a healthier lifestyle.

A little about me, I am a mother to 5 kids, at 1 point tipped the scales at 13.5 stone. I was getting ready for my little girls communion and could not fit into the dress I had Purchased so I made the  decision there and then that I would aim to lose weight. At the time I wanted to lose weight because I was not happy about myself, my confidence was very low and I was lacking energy , not only did I drop down to 9 stone on the scales I also cut my body fat to get toned, I was healthier than ever before with more  energy, improved nutrition by 90% and was sleeping better. I realised the positive effects the changes had on me and my well being and wanted to bring those benefits to others and so I went on to do a Personal Trainer and group  instructor course. I am continuously learning and want to bring all that knowledge forward to all my clients.
